CDC’s portfolio includes the construction of some of Florida’s finest commercial
buildings including a variety of renovations for the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Key Biscayne; the complete renovation of the Hilton McAlpin Hotel in Miami Beach’s Art Deco District; and the construction of the Westin Colonnade Hotel’s ballrooms in Coral Gables.

History

Before founding CDC, Jose Ortega built projects including Charleston Place, Cambridge Park/Woodfield Country
Club and Buena Vista in Boca Raton; and The Vines Golf and Country Club in Fort Myers.

In 1992, Jose opened CDC's first offices in Key Biscayne and later relocated to CDC's current location in the Blue Lagoon Waterford Office Park.
