Holly Hunt furniture projects a custom, high quality image, and that is precisely what CDC Builders accomplished with the Holly Hunt Showroom in Miami's up and coming Design District. This renovation of a vintage, three-story building showcases CDC's complete build-out construction management capabilities, as well as their ability to follow the client's intense specifications.
Major structural changes included new elevated slabs and structural steel supports to house a new, colossal skylight. The building's interior features a one-of-a-kind structural steel staircase supporting two wings of luminescent glass treads, as well as top-of-the-line finishes throughout. The project was completed on a very tight schedule and required a focused team effort.
