This project involved the complete renovation of a four-story Art Deco hotel on Miami Beach's famed Ocean Drive. In order to assure the preservation of the hotel's Art Deco features, CDC worked closely with the design team and the Miami Beach Historical Preservation Society. The resulting property now consists of a completely new hotel with modern fixtures in a historically significant building.
CDC was instrumental in providing local know-how with regard to the permitting process and acting as a liaison between the owner and local trade groups. The Historical Preservation Society was pleased with the completed project, and is anxious to work with CDC Builders on future renovations.
