CDC Builders Holds a Toy Drive December 30, 2009 This holiday season, CDC Builders held a toy drive to benefit the Children’s Home Society (CHS). CDC employees generously donated toys and gift cards for younger boys and girls, as well as for teens. To further support CHS, employees dropped-off the toys and assisted CHS staff and volunteers in the sorting and organizing of the toys. Read more

CDC Builders Took Part in Rebuilding Together August 03, 2009 In May, CDC showed up to help rebuild a family's home in Coconut Grove. There were about a total of nine homes in the neighborhood in which different teams of volunteers were assigned to one house. The work involved: painting, landscaping, installing a new sink in the kitchen and repairing some electrical. Read more

Make-A-Wish & CDC Builders Grant Jordan His Wish July 14, 2009 Jordan is a child with cerebral palsy and his wish was to have a bathroom that he could access and move around in his wheel chair. CDC Builders along with the Make-A-Wish Foundation worked collectively to grant him his wish. The work entailed installation of a handicap sink, toilet, shower and tub. Read more
