CDC Participates in Walk For Wishes 5K

On Saturday, February 6^th, CDC employees and their families participated in the Walk For Wishes 5K in support of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern Florida. Distinguished participants included kids who have had their wishes granted. The walkers enjoyed a beautiful morning at Markham Park followed by Family Fun Day events. The event raised fifty thousand dollars in support of the chapter, as it celebrates its 25^th anniversary. The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern Florida grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy.
