CDC Homes Under Construction 18,000 SF Custom Home

Two levels of bayview living spaces are set above a 9,000 square foot basement at this lavish waterfront estate with a six-car garage. Six bedrooms are floored with Sipo mahogany from Africa, while other living areas are paved with marble. Macedonia stone covers exterior columns and trim, the roof is barrel tile from France, and the iron work inside and out is custom-made.
