The design and materials of this 7,000-sq.-ft. Florida vernacular-style home were chosen for sustainability and energy-efficiency. Deep porches and overhangs keep interiors cool, and clerestory windows admit ample natural light. Tongue-and-groove cypress ceilings and ipe wood decks intensify the sense of indoor and outdoor living.
