In year 2008, our family decided to purchase a property on Key Biscayne in order to construct our Florida home. After a fairly prolonged process of designing our house and introducing the architectural drawings for approval by the Village of Key Biscayne, we proceeded to choose our building contractor from the multiplicity of options at the time.
 
We are very pleased to have selected CDC Builders to construct our home. CDC's website highlights "Integrity, Experience and Quality Craftsmanship". Many contractors boast about these qualities but come way short when it comes to performing. CDC, on the contrary, provided attention to detial and cost consciousness that went beyond our expectations. I hired CDC to do extensive work in my apartment at Oceana Bal Harbour.  I have done many personal projects in my lifetime, both residential and commercial, and CDC by far, is the most professional, and detailed oriented contracting firm I have used. Their work is excellent, they are honest and straightforward in their dealings with their client.  
Fairly and properly managing expectations, providing significant detail on all aspects of the project, and delivering a superior product is not something you generally find with contractors.  You will find this with CDC, and this puts CDC way ahead of all I have worked with.
My wife and I are from New York and live in Manhattan. As you can imagine, we are very particular and detailed oriented, and in general, don't provide recommendations unless they are truly warranted.  In this case, the recommendation is warranted, and well deserved.
